Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Inspiration

Thanks tons for bringing those inspirational pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – I’ll try to keep it close.

Pictures are Worth a Thousand Words…

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I would love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)

 

Change Cutoff

Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Order changes can be made until one week before pick-up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

 

Copycats

Copyright images (think Star Wars, Frozen, Cocomelon and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). I can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!

 

Itsy Bitsy Order Minimums

(that didn’t rhyme – I’m a baker not a poet). I require a minimum of 1 dozen (12) cookies! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on my Facebook page!

 

Bulk Order?

I wish I was a machine that can churn out a bunch of cookies quickly but I’m not. Every single cookie in your order is custom made and due to the work required for each one, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific price range that you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits within it.

 

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of at least $10.

 

Achoo! Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Do reach out though – I may have a perfect referral for ya!

 

No show = No cookies

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Reach out at least 2 days prior to your pickup time and we can talk.

 

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. After that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies! 

 

Cookie Credits

While I want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, be sure to return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

 

Pick-up Dates and Times

Pick up days and times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar!

 

Delivery

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 10 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $10! Delivery must be agreed upon before the invoice is sent. (I love a good drive - bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks!).

 

Inclement Weather

If pick-up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order is heat sealed and will be saved for a later pickup date. No refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

 

Cancellations

If for any reason (such as illness, emergency, or other acts of God), I have to cancel your order, I will refund your entire payment and refer you to another local cookier. However, your order with another cookier will be subject to their availability.

 

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).

 

Product Photography

Say Cheese!! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me. Photos will not be shared to Social Media until after your event.

 

It’s All Yours Now.

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cupcakes, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

 

Covid Care

I know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

 

Cottage Food Laws

Your order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by Maryland Food Safety. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law. *tips cowgirl hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*

 

In Sickness and in Health

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome. Awesome
